I have been a patient here for over 3 years. I had seen several pain management doctors before Dr. Nair. I wished I had started here. I was in a severe car accident leaving me in debilitating pain. He started me on pills and epidurals...finally got approval from Passport for a pain pump. The pump from Medtronic is WONDERFUL!!! I'm off all the pills, it delivers a very low dose of medication straight into my spinal system, and it has let me start to be more independent than I have been in years. When I over do it, I have a button for break through pain. Which quickly gets my pain back under control. I trust him so much that I am now bringing my teenage daughter to him for treatment of chronic migraines from Chairai Malformation. He's listened to her life story just by having a great bedside manner. After meeting her and talking to her, he offered to bring her on. I hope she gets the same great relief I have.

I went for my consultation on Tuesday I was very satisfied. The office staff was very nice. The nurse Tracey was phenomenal! Dr Nair was very friendly and professional. He took time to explain my problem and what he recommends. I would highly recommend Kentucky Pain Specialist.

2015 I fell from a fire engine landing on my feet during a live fire training event. I ruptured every disc from L2 down amongst other spinal injuries and nerve damage. Of course physical therapy and epidural injections were tried. I had appointments with Neuro surgeons, physical therapy doctors and hefty regiment of medications. I was sent to a orthopedic surgeon who ordered a Mylogram that showed the damage was as bad as it gets without being paralyzed. The Orthopedic Doctor advised against fusion. So I asked my pain management doctor if I would be a candidate for a spinal stimulator. He recommended Doctor Nair, my first visit with Doc Nair was outstanding. He took the time to explain everything, he answered every question my wife and I had. He looked me in the eyes and told me not to worry that I wouldn't have to live with pain the rest of my life as well as being unable to do the profession I love so much. I had my staples removed today from my spinal stimulator placement. I love this device, it has taken away 65% of my pain away. Thank you Dr. Nair! His office staff are outstanding and Dr. Nair uses Medtronic devices. I cannot say enough about the medtronic representatives. If you're looking for a Doctor that actually cares about his patients this is the one you want.

When I first moved to Ky I was afraid I couldn’t get the pain management I was used to in Va, well Dr Nair is the best pain management Dr I have had. When he told me I needed a pain medication infusion pump I was all for it because I was tired of the morphine pills and oxycodone and the looks you get. The pain medication pump works great and is way better than pills that have so many side effects. Thank you Kentuckiana Pain Specialists!

I don't understand some of these negative reviews. I went to Dr Nair today and both he and his staff are very professional and very caring . dr.Nair is a good man and a very caring doctor. If you want to be pain free and have structure and guidance then I highly recommend Dr.Nair and his staff . I have never been more thankful than today in how good I was treated. Thank You Dr.Nair.

I can not thank Dr. Nair enough for the wonderful care kindness he shows me every visit. I travel from Florida for my care, I was unable to find a doctor who cares about his patients the way he does. The staff at the office are so good and helpful it is the best place to find the help you need.

Saw Dr Nair about a spinal cord stimulator a few months ago. I'm just over a month in with this device now and it is a life changer. None of this would have been possible without his help and his awesome staff, who were there to help at every step of the way. I would recommend anyone with chronic pain to try your luck here, as I couldn't be happier! Thank you all.

Dr Nair is one of the most genuine physicians you will ever meet. He goes OVER and beyond to help manage pain while at the same time being very realistic regarding the best treatment options. He has given my 77 year old father hope.

I haven’t even began treatment yet, I had a consult last week and to say impressed is an understatement. Dr. Naïr sat and talked with me for over an hour. We discussed in detail my issue and talked about multiple options. Even his assistant sat and talked with me and showed genuine concern and care for me. I’m very excited to try the SCS and look forward to working with this group of people. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. 3 years and countless doctors not one was as caring and listened like these two did!

I have been with Dr Nair since 05 he cares deeply about his pts. Making sure they are going to start feeling better. He remembers things going on personally family wise and doesnt just care about physical health but also mentally you are ok and handling your condition. He called to give me his deepest sympathies when my son passed in a car accident. Most Dr wouldn't know your child name Very caring

The ENTIRE Team at Kentuckiana Pain is Amazing. Individually, there are so many great people...., collectively, there is No Better Team within a 500 mile radius. Period. I've experienced several life altering events in the past 5 years; been swapped around to many different doctors and locations.... This team is ALL ACES. If a new employee isn't the cream of the crop, I've noticed they're gone before I can file a complaint. They care about their patients as a whole. They care about YOU as an individual. I recommend Dr. Nair. 9.3/10

The first time I went to Kentuckiana pain specialist. When Dr.Niar read my file and talked to me. Instead of looking at me like a crazy (young druggie) he understood I was in true pain and really have a lot 0f health problems I truly love Dr. Niar and the staff. Megan and Amber know what they are doing I am thankful I got the pain pump. It's been a year ago now. And I still am a patient. It means a lot when you have a doctor who understands. Thank-You All!

I've been to three orthopedic surgeons, they all said the same thing" surgery ". Then I heard about a "Dr. Nair". I was told he was excellent! Now that was an understatement! This is the first time in that part of office that I had to wait over 45 minutes to be called. I think the order of papers were mixed up. People went ahead of me. But office personel in both offices are friendly, helpful and always have a smile. Dr. Nair has always been kind and listens to his patients

Dr. Neir is very knowledgeable. I have suffered with chronic pain for years, but it wasn't until I gave Kentuckiana Pain Clinic a chance that I gained a portion of my life back. Highly recommend to anyone and hope that they are able to achieve the same.

I really don't know where to start from i had been to a few different clinic for my pain and they all just wanted to just give me pills after pills and shot after shot that really wasn't helping me sure the pills helped but i didn't want to be stuck taking pain pills for the rest of my life. They weren't listening to me.so when i found Doctor Neir my hold life changed, i found the doctor that listen to what I had to say about my pain and we came up with the right solution to help me we decided to go with the pump after he seen that the shots weren't helping that I had already been through them and they still wasn't doing anything. My pump is the best, i have a life again and me personally i would tell the world to go see Dr.Neir if your really tired of hurting and want your life back he is most definitely the right doctor to see.Thank you doctor Neir

They work with you to find a way to control your pain and get on with life. Dr. Nair, an accomplished surgeon, is very talented and keeps up with the newest technologies. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone!

After 13 years of these horrible post craniotomy headaches, I have found a pain specialist who finally listened to me! I had multiple pages of my medical history for him and he took the time to read them. He then prescribed me a compound of ketamine and gabapentine cream to rub on my supraorbital nerve. It took a few weeks but my headaches have vanished! No pills, injections, or ablations needed! I have been to countless physicians over the years in the neuro and pain fields but none of them have helped as much as my new pain specialist in just one visit! This has been a major relief for me and my family. I pray that someone else out there who suffers from post craniotomy headaches will read this and speak to their doctor about what success I had and be able to try it. Thank You Dr. Nair!

I love my doctor he's has done the best job ever. I went through 4 doctor's until I found him and showed me that he cares about his patience he is not in it for the money. I wouldn't change doctor's for the world. Thanks to the team at Kentuckiana pain specialist.
