"After 13 years of these horrible post craniotomy headaches, I have found a pain specialist who finally listened to me! I had multiple pages of my medical history for him and he took the time to read them. He then prescribed me a compound of ketamine and gabapentine cream to rub on my supraorbital nerve. It took a few weeks but my headaches have vanished! No pills, injections, or ablations needed!

Few doctors, like Dr.Nair, have attended 5 tough universities also maintaining 26 years of experience. I'm guessing he's treated double of the amount of patients atleast than the average doctor in Kentucky. We are lucky he is here to assist those desperately needing help, and I would rather see a nice, helpful, intelligent,and compassionate doctor like him through tough times rather than someone just beginning their practice graduating from a far more unchalling medical college(s).

If you're going to a doctor for pain management that is uncontrollable without a helping hand from a doctor, who is truly concerned about how you're feeling, I would highly recommend Dr. Nair. He will listen to you as you explain to him where your pain is ,and, anything that accompanies the pain, such as shooting. dull or numbing pain. There are several different types of pain. So when you go for a visit, make sure you have your notes to explain your pain.
Overall Dr. Nair has helped me tremendously.

Amazing doctor! You may have a bit of a wait but the quality of service is worth it. He is more through then any doctor I have seen in the past year and a half. I look forward to my follow up with him.

Staff is very nice. I have been to pain management doctors in the past and this is the first time that the injections in my back have provided me any relief and I would let him stick me any time. Like all doctors these days he is busy but I would recommend him for anyone that is having lower back pain.

Dr. Nair and his staff are wonderful. I have suffered with pain for 15 years. It was recommended for the to consider a pain pump. It has saved my life. I am so glad I found Dr. Nair he has given me my life back. I had forgotten what it felt like not to suffer in pain. The pain pills just did not help enough.

First Visit: I was impressed with the time he took to ensure I understood my Xrays and their implications. He asked questions and listened to my answers and validated my concerns. Second vist: Staff prep was efficient and his proceedure was swift and skilled. I rate him as high as the scale goes.

It’s hard to put into words just how much Dr. Nair and his entire staff have changed my life for the better. When I first walked into Kentuckiana Pain Specialist I hardly had a life due to the extreme amounts of pain I experienced daily. The pain made simple things such as going to the grocery store or taking my children to the park unbearable. I have been under the care of Dr. Nair and his staff for about a year now and can say without a doubt that they have improved my quality of life along with that of my entire family. I owe a huge THANK YOU to all at Kentuckiana Pain Specialist!!!

I'd been suffering with sciatica that made even sitting unbearable. A friend recommended Kentuckiana pain specialists. Dr. Nair diagnosed the issue quickly and performed an epidural injection under live X-ray guidance. Within days the shooting pain was gone. He explained the risks, benefits, and follow-up plan clearly. I wish I'd found him sooner.

I use a transport service and the office always works with my schedule. I have a medtronic med pump and they fill it for me and I also do my pain meds for chronic pain.
